I actually really like the idea that the wheel and anchor is just a generic look. In fact, I think of pretty much any pokemon's in-game designs that way. A dhelmise could have any combination of metallic ship parts scrounged from the seabed, and I love the idea of running into one with something like a ship propeller or turbine.
