I want actual regular qt ledian to be useful.
give it a quad arm huge power equivalent that gives it x4 attack. Its not that broken coming of of 35 attack and the rest of its stats are pretty shit not to mention its less than stellar typing

This is perfect.

Ledian's speed is shit compared to the meta speed creep but totally usable in-game or for casual battling. 4x 35 is a simple fix. I think it would be fine to even just restrict it to only punching moves and have it replace its Iron Fist hidden ability, if they expanded the movepool to include a better selection of applicable moves. Give it a signature move like Tri Attack but four effects and it's a punching move.

There's a reason most pokemon that have huge power have mediocre base attack, so they won't be overpowered, if you're gonna make a huge power ledian I suggest lowering the attack stat to around 90 and spreading the rest on speed and defenses a bit.

In battle, it throws punches with all four arms. The power of each individual blow is piddly, so it aims to win by quantity rather than quality.
