Which OR hack is better, Rutile or Rising? Or are there any more good ones?

Yes, I know it's subjective, I'm asking about opinions. What's so good in one of them that the other doesn't have etc. I never played ORAS and since I don't own 3DS and I'm stuck to emu I decided to get a non-vanilla one.
