whit 19 ivs and timid you get the boosts in speed, then you just run sword dance to get the atack boosts

Is Jolly required for Koko? With Adamant you still outspeed everything lower than base 115 (speed tie with Swoobat but whatever) but I'm wondering how dangerous the 115-129 speed area is.
