In previous games when I was completing the dex, my favorite training methods was taking a lv100 pokémon and 5 shitmons all with Exp Shares I hacked in, and beat the E4 several times with the lv100 while the shitmons got passive EXP, so I'm pretty sure what you're saying is BS
