It WOULD have been broken. The worst part is they actually designed it around Shell Smash judging by the stat distribution and weak STABs, then removed it without changing anything else. They left it in shambles.

And the fact that there's one in the Tree with Shell Smash means it has to get it at some point

You can just check on Serebii, they have a list of pokemon that appear in there.
And it was done with data mining, so you can be sure it's accurate..

No. It learns all of three moves from Breeding and they're not good.

Which makes me feel like this Pokemon is incomplete. If they cared, they would have given it Shell Smash and maybe some other usable moves. Aura Sphere or something. And since I know they DON'T care, they won't, and poor Kommo-o is left to rot in the dust.

Ive seen it, and its definitely a problem.If it ever got that move, I could see it quickly being a powerful lategame cleaner in OU once Fairies (w/o Poison Jab)/Toxapex are gone.
