Steel types always have such awesome designs, especially ones like Aegislash that are based on inanimate objects.

Easily the best type, tied with Ghost. Aegislash's line was a gift from the Gods, combining the best of both worlds.

Why isn't Steel resistant to Water and Fire? Stainless steel is rust-resistant and is far more resistant to heat than many rocks so it doesn't make sense for it to be affected normally by them.

To be honest I would have given Steel an Elec weakness and kept the Dark resistance for that reason; Dark is mostly bites and cheap shots, Steel doesn't care about that.

Having arguably the best defensive typing won't automatically make you a good Pokemon.

Also Bug/Steel is probably better defensively since after the Steel nerf Bronzong and Metagross take Super Effective damage from Ghost and Dark type moves.
