Does anyone else really like Starmie? I just think it's really cool, yet cute at the same time because of how it acts sort of like a smart dog despite being a faceless alien.

It's usually my go to water type pokemon to use during story mode, and I find it to be really cute when its walking. Also why were there so many NPC Starmies in the region outside of battles?

Isn't Starmie one of the most consistent Pokemon as far as Smogon is concerned? I'm looking over it and it hasn't dropped below OU at any point.
