IVs seem locked to me, and natures are random and do not seem influenced by Synchro pokemon.

Also if you want to change IV spread don't try using vitamins, they don't work for some stupid reason. I suggest using EV reducing berries and Pelago.

Maybe so. I thought you just couldn't get over 100 evs in a stat from a vitamin.
