possible? yes, save for pokemon that don't have enough coverage moves. See: Pyukumuku, Unown. Feasible? No. Don't see why anyone would bother catching, training, or injecting 6 x 700 mons to beat a pokemon league. You'd have to go out of your way to build coverage each and every time.
