Sceptile is one of those Pokemon that suffered from the Physical/Special split. Leaf Blade, Bullet Seed, and any other Grass type attacks it could learn in gen 3 were all Special.

Some megas change a pokemons entire playstyle, Feraligator doesn't have the movepool to support multiple playstyles. He's a monotype setup sweeper with great stat allocations. At the moment, Sheer Force + Life Orb would be drastically better than a Mega for him unless GF memes out and gives him 60 attack and adaptability + another typing.

Secret Sword is exclusive to Keldeo, not the rest of the group. All of them learn Sacred Sword.

Aeglislash and Kartana get Sacred Sword so no. There is little reason for Samurott not to learn Sacred Sword naturally when the other "sword themed" non-legends get it. Samurott's movepool is a case of "game design-inconsistency".

SpDef Skarmory is a terrible forced niche mon to cover holes in teams deliberately exposed by stuff like Mega Garde and Mega Scep. PhysDef Skarm actually walls threatening physical attackers to do its job well and is the more useful and recognized one.

2HKOing is the goal, which this does. Celesteela has no reliable recovery, so it's alright.

Actually it's 90 since hidden power is stuck at 60 and does NOT gain benefit from Aerilate. Not to mention the vast differences in power between Salamence's attacks. Return is way better.
