Why does GameFreak like to crap on itself?
The majority of pokemon this generation have a speed stat of under 85, little egg moves, and no move tutors. They've had nearly two and a half years to design and plan all of this, and they make everything slow with no moves.

Incineroar got the best HA though. Long Reach might've been useful if Spirit Shackle was a contact move. Liquid Voice is garbage as it lacks the damage bonus Pixilate has.
