When exactly are you going to be in a situation where you have complete form at full HP? You have to take a hit in your previous form. Even if you were knocked down to JUST under half, when complete pops up it's not going to have all of its HP to begin with.

Yeah, that's about it. You just wait for your opponent to activate Power Construct, at which point you can set up as much as you need seeing as how you're practically invincible in Complete Form. You'd basically need to KO it from above 50% as a regular Zygarde in order to beat it.

Shame that its Perfect form is so radically different in design which is the one I personally like the most compared to the vanilla version, while the dog lovers get to keep their doggo Zygarde either with Aura Break or Power Construct.

Shame that Jigarude-san had to get op, but in this odd way compared to previous Legendaries. It's not power construct that is op, but the Perfect form, with that insane base 216 HP stat and solid defenses.
