I loved how she pretty much became the professor of BW2

She admitted she wasn't strong, and never fought Plasma but she trained with a gym leader and ended up help protecting the professor Juniper and Cedric Juniper. She never quit just changed goals in life

Because he's a cool character. He's purely in it for the science, there's no forced shit like there was with N and Ghestis. His theme is the best of his gen, he has the best team of his gen and his story is easily continuable (as seen by SM)

I would say she had great development even in just BW. From the time she started as an irresponsible trainer who messed your room, to the time when she goes out of her to get help for you all on her own, she got a lot of development. Great thing about it was, it was believable development. It was direct result of her journey, not just some random development that came out of nowhere, unlike it is the case with others in the series, like Wally.
