Some hacked pokes, yeah, but nobody went through the trouble to cheat in egg moves so far.
Also you still can't get some moves even with Smeargle because the pokes that can have the move aren't in the game.
I'm still mad that Simple Beam Golduck is impossible right now, making getting Galvanize Geodudes an incredible pain in the ass.
And no, banking on Metronome Simple Beam is not a real solution.
