This lets you see the games internals and current state. scroll the lower large window down to the first party mons DVs, which are at are at $DCF4, changing those will change the DVs of your first slot mon but you'll need to level up or box trick to see the stat changes.
BTW, for people wanting to see a walkthrough, Keizaron did an early access stream right before Grinchtendo happened and is significantly faster at playing through the game. so you can check his VODs as a guide.
