It's kind of up and down in terms of quality, I've found, but overall pretty good. I liked the Sinnoh parts especially, but I haven't really read anything past that. I've heard good stuff about Black and White, though.

To be fair, is it even possible for Americans to be attached to Pokemon Special? The thing wasn't really released here in a way that made it accessible to kids that played Gen 1-3 apparently and were at the age to buy manga.
