Are people only looking down to this guy because it's base speed? While it is an annoying flaw, it's design is still pretty sick and has a fitting special attack for a railgun-based pokemon.

after i evolved it it turned out to be a slightly more powerful piece of shit than bus

GF does one of the coolest bug designs since gen 1 and it turns out to be mediocre

at least golisopod is kinda good

I have my own Vikavolt. Investing in HP and Defense is the way to go. Zoom Lens + Zap Cannon has worked wonders for me!

Well if we directly transfer base speed into mph, 3.5 speed is 1 mph.
Vikavolt goes at a high speed of 12.3 mph, or roughly about as fast as a squirrel.
