Ice is now God-tier defensively with only one weakness to a type with pretty bad offensive coverage (Ice.)

Steel is now a very frail offensive type, even moreso than Ice is now, but it would be worse.

Water would be useless with only two resists

Grass and Bug would become God-tier

Dragon would be great offensively but terrible defensively

Ghost basically wouldn't change offensively

I'd love an inverse battle OM. Avalugg OP
