In a freeform RP, An idea I had for a major villain team is a bunch of Sky Pirates with awesome shit like jet-packs, mini-planes, and airships. Their goals are that they want the best and rarest pokemon, money, drugs, hot people to bask in their presence, acknowledgement as being awesome, and generally being very very pirate-y.
