They either cheap out on the shipping and it takes a month or two to deliver, or they just charge you a lot for the shipping, so the price isn't really as low as they list it for. I've had good luck always getting legit plushes off ebay before, as far as I can tell. Got one for about $30, but some were listed for a lot more. Also got an Alolan Raichu from the same seller as well, since he's one of my favorite pokemon.
