There's the fact that a lot of the text in there was gathered long after Jesus' passing, and gathered texts were gone through and studied, ones which weren't felt to be appropriate were omitted from what would eventually become the bible, such as the story where Jesus kills a fucking dragon, yeah, that's in the director's cut version, it's called the Dead Sea Scrolls if I remember this right.
Jesus I'm not sure was replaced in the Quran, doesn't Islam just regard Jesus as a prophet (important nonetheless), but don't believe he's the son of god?
As for Mohammed, well, arguably, but he got up to some pretty heinous shit too, like stuffing corpses in wells to make sure nobody could ever drink that water again, he got petty, especially later in life.
