As far as I can tell it's the same as last gen but with a couple of new additions

>shinies
>female starters
>version exclusives
>dittos
>legends
>anything with a less than 5% chance encounter
>5/6 IV mons
>HA mons
>anything holding nice/expensive/hard to get items like ability capsules
>trade evo mons
>pokemon with good nicknames
>island scan mons

I'd refrain from sending Bank only mons, though.

I WT'd a box full of shiny Lv1 Jangmo-o's on release day holding Lucky Eggs. Some people probably didn't want an injected mon, but I'm pretty sure some 9 year old dipshits on Route 1 appreciated them.
