What are your thoughts on this guy right here?

I'm still hung up over Alolan forms not having alternate official names. I would've liked Snowslash

Why would they rename it Snowslash? Outside of Exeggutor(who originated from the tropics), Aloan forms are just results of species adaptation. A Sandslash covered in Ice is still a Sandslash.

With all due respect, I strongly disagree. The entire point is that it's the same species, adapted to a different region. If it had a different name it would be a different species, and the entire reason that Alolan forms is such an interesting concept it that it's new takes on old Pokémon.
