Tail glow is busted on a pokemon that already has a high base special

Energy Ball/HP Ice
Dazzling Gleam
Electric Terrain

Z-Electric Terrain grants +1 Spe, so it works relatively well mid/late game to sweep and clean up, as long as Ground type threats are dealt with. You can also try Psychium Z and Hypnosis, which also does +1 Spe, but
