It's not even le power creep, it's just that the meta is new and people are trying out stuff that is new or unbanned. One month into XY this nigger and others like Keldeo, Mega Manectric, Deoxys-Speed and Latias were UU too. They will come back to their rightful place once the meta settles.

You're really underestimating how strong Kyurem-B is in UU.

Fairies are almost non-existent. Kyurem-B is the best late-game cleaner in the entire sweeper. Outrage cleans every mon once you've gotten rid of the occasional Fairy or Scizor.
