The biggest problem with ORAS is being so bland, by the numbers and easy that its just boring as fuck.

yeah. i'm starting to realize that i'm not the target audience for them any more and the things i enjoy about pokemon games are no longer the focus in new games. maybe they'll surprise me one day, and i'll probably keep playing the new games as they come out, but so far nothing's been able to hold my attention like gen 4-5

Huh. Gen 6 was just not great imo. Certainly not bad but definitely my least favorite gen. I have no desire to play any game from it again, maybe XY someday but certainly not ORAS. 7th is probs my 2nd favorite gen after 5th
