After 5 gens since their inception steel types got one nerf, and then were buffed at the same time which actually made them better then they were before. Why are they so insistant on not giving them a nerf, even just a little one.
>Steel types resist 10 different types and have one immunity, which is over half the types in the game

>They aren't bad offensively anymore either since they are one of 2 types that can hit fairies, one of the best types in the game
>Their one immunity is to the type best made for wearing down pokemon
>Unlike where gamefreak dropped the ball one ice types where they made a fragile offensive type almost all slow bulky "tanks" most steel types are tanks and take advantage of their amazing defensive type
>It pairs well with literally every type in the game (except ice and rock) giving nearly every steel dual type pokemon an amazing typing
>It's weaknesses (which are just 3 compared to it's 10 resistances) while all being good common offensive type are all very easy to play around and pokemon that threaten them can be covered by just one or two other pokemon that resist their weaknesses
>They are weak to being trapped by magnet pull pokemon but this can be fixed by giving them a shed shell
>They are also amazing support pokemon with most of them getting access to spikes, stealth rock, toxic, and thunder wave
>They check the other two best types in the game being fairy and dragon

Honestly, why do steel types get so much?
