so I want to start with the battle tree, but I don't want to EV-train for 3 days, because I don't have the right items yet.

Any idea which pokemon'll wreck teams without the need of specific training?

Try the Z-Conversion Porygon-Z. It swept through the entire Tree in my save without fully EV-trained.

If you're too lazy to EV train, using naturally powerful Pokemon like the Ultra Beasts is your best bet. Or you could always take on the tree with your in game team and clumsily try to scrape some points together.
