Battle Royal sure is balanced when everyone but me has a fucking Mega Charizard X as their first mon.
Everyone teams up on me at the last minute.

I think it depends more on luck. I employed the "Exploding Swords Dancer Silvally with Life Orb" tactic. Works for early ranks, but didn't for ranks 3 and 4. I got my victory through either Xurkitree or Mimikyu, the latter mostly. That little 5IV ghost is so good.
