It may have lost Levitate, but it's still Gengar, and it has great special attack and solid speed

He's just not as useful as he used to be, but still not completely useless

He's still good, he just can't switch in on anything running Earthquake anymore. And honestly in the doubles scene there isn't much of Earthquake anymore anyway thanks to Bulu and grassy terrain.

It should have been a Hidden Ability though.
