There are two ways to go, both leaning on the gimmick side.
It either stays with the same defenses but gets added speed+offense, wich would make it a bit more versatile...
Or you can invest all in defenses again, making it the ultimate wallmon.

If he got huge power, his regular attack stat becomes 330, without any mega points being put into it. That's a higher base stat than even Blissey's ridiculous HP. He might go straight to OU if he got huge power and any buffs to his defenses or speed.

The thing is that shuckle will always have shit attack and speed unless you dump just about the entire hundred points into one of them.

I think this is what it should be.
HP: +60
Atk: +5
Def: +15
SpA: +5
SpD: +15
Spe: +0

Max out defenses and give it the HP it desperately needs. If shuckle had even decent hp it would be an amazing pokemon, 20 is just too low.

Mega Eelektross would be terrifying in appearance. If it lost Levitate, it would lose it's gimmick of "no weaknesses" though.

Huge power doesn't double the base stat, it doubles the actual stat itself, so assuming it has the right EVs it's approximate base attack stat would be closer to 500 than 330.

Though I doubt the legendaries would get megas.
Primals, possibly, especially for the trio.
Regigigas will unfortunately get left in the dust because it's Regigigas (or they give it a new ability that gives it a form change after X turns but then it STILL SUCKS), and Arceus might get a mega which surpasses everyone's favorite flying snake in sheer brokenness.

If Flygon got a Bug/Dragon mega, i HOPE it gets the ability to negate all ground/rock damage through some sort of new ability (calling it Sandproof), simply because sand and sandstorms are part of Flygon, giving it Bug typing would only ruin it. why give it multiple weaknesses when it has plenty of coverage for its Ice weakness when it's Ground type? a mega would definitely boost its speed
