-Garchomp

Leading with Oranguru and Xurkitree which nukes everything until I meet strong ground types like Mamoswine and others like Rotom-F who destroy me.

But I , Nuke until it Xurk dies and switch to Torkal for the eruption meme, but get my shit kicked in because of earthquake spam. And Garchomp is useless because if it doesn't (which it won't) KO with an earthquake it dies to any ice attack.

This team has a major weakness to ice and ground and I kinda want to replace Garchomp or Torkal with something else

Draco, Flamethrower, Roost, CM

Mega Scizor, Impish with HP and mixed defenses investment
BP, Brick Break, Roost, SD

Scarf Tapu Lele, Modest with SpA and Speed investment, and a bit of Def
Psychic, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, HP Ground

Analytic Magnezone used to mess my team up so I made sure everything on the team can deal with it so I don't have to switch.

This was my hardest battle. I just put trust into him.

Xurkitree learns grass knot you know. Probably too slow to make use of it though.

Replace xircutree with tapu koko for one. Faster and hits nearly almost as hard as xirckiree with electric terrain in effect. More so with a life orb.

My advice would be "Don't use M-Aerodactyl" but you're looking for something that can deal with your weaknesses. I see Storm Drain Gastrodon being pretty much the perfect ally for Aero since it's immune to Water and Electric, resists Steel and Rock and it can thaw itself with Scald if it gets frozen when switching into Ice Beam or Blizzard. Maybe a set like this:

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Recover

said not the best idea to be without Shadow Sneak. I find Mimikyu works alot better at +4 then at +2 and maybe you look for opportunities to get that extra SD in.

I have Dazzling Gleam on Tapu Koko but it's neutral. Thunderbolt is much more powerful. However, I don't really know how to play against that particular Emboar set as it's one of the few Mons that really threaten my entire team. Buzzwole easily takes an Earthquake from Emboar and KOs with its own Earthquake after Volt Switch damage, and that's what I was going for there. I sure as hell wasn't prepared for Flame Charge on the switch and then Quick Claw activating against Tapu Koko. I literally had the shittiest possible luck in that match.

Do you work for Game Freak? The last time physical Aegislash was common was in early XY. Specially based mixed is the way to go:
Shadow Ball / Flash Cannon / Shadow Sneak / King's Shield
I like to run it with Weakness Policy but Leftovers with Substitute (and Toxic instead of Flash Cannon) is also viable.

-U-turn (Safe switchout while dealing little damge to opponent, also able to hit ground types unlike volt switch)

Jolly Nature
252 ATK, 252 SPD, 4 HP
-Return
-Dragon Claw
-Dragon Dance (Only boost when you feel super safe)
-Earthquake (Hitting steel types)

Aegislash (Weakness Policy)
Adamant Nature
252 ATK, 252 HP, 4 DEF
-King Shield
-Sword Dance
-Sacred Sword (Hitting the double teamers and stockpiles)
-Shadow Sneak (Always nice to have priority on slow mons)

Overall, I won with just this set. Pretty nice if I have to say so myself. Just watch out for hax sheer cold Articunos.

Timid is definitely the way to go. You want to take full advantage of that 130 base Speed. Electric Terrain boosted Thunderbolt still hits insanely hard, especially with Life Orb or Specs.

There's ample evidence of battle tree shennigans, just because these particular scenarios didn't happened to "you" doesn't mean they do not happen. You didn't really defend anything, and for that video it didn't matter what his team comp was, he was going to lose regardless which brings us to the fact you completely missed the point.

The whole point of these generals are for people to help each other with teams, but sometimes that doesn't help when it comes to the battle tree, battle spot on the other hand is a different story.

Sure luck is involved, some are more unlucky than others, but to deny the evidence and scream "muh smogon" makes you a fucking retard.

It's probably not bad, but Sucker Punch and Pursuit seems like it'd be a pain to deal with. But I'm not sure which megas are most used for Battle Tree yet. It sounds like a ton of people are running Megamence with the occasional Mega Scizor.

It's been useful against Metagross and Delphox among others. So far I haven't had any need for Psycho Cut although I thought about it at the beginning. Psychic coverage on Kartana is kinda pointless when I have Tapu Lele sitting next to it as my second lead in Doubles.

For a bulky set with both physical and special attacks you'll probably want a nature that lowers your Speed, so either Relaxed or Sassy depending on if you want more Defense or Special Defense. Thrash isn't worth it, you need to be able to switch out of counters.

I would run DD + Return, or if like me you forgot it's an Egg Move, Double Edge is fine and got me to 50 and beyond no problem.

The recoil is an issue, but the power is fine and in most circumstances you will just outspeed everything so it doesn't matter. I do recommend having a team that is able to deal with your Mence going down a bit early, so bulky mons and revenge killers with priority make Double Edge much less risky.

It can work really well in doubles from my experience. I'm at a 113 win streak currently with modest scarf Tapu Lele, Alolan Ninetales, Celesteela, and Mega Gyarados. I usually spam psychic with it and get plenty of OHKOs. I haven't used it in a singles team though, so I don't know how well it does there.

Sure. I used Mimikyu to follow up on early mence kills with Boosted Shadow Sneaks, or switched out to Reuinclus who could usually tank enough hits to set up Trick Room. Fast sweepers can't deal with either of these mons, stallers typically fall flat against Reuniclus, and slow mons with big burst are countered by Mimikyu.

Oddly enough I only lose to Sub and Rest tanks, and Steel types don't work because of Earthquake and the fact very few things in the game can't avoid being 2hko'd by 2.5x Shadow Sneak off a Mimikyu.

Most people run Mence with Aegislash which is both an amazing partner and a great mon in itself. Physical version has Shadow Sneak, Special versions are better all-rounders.

I just played against an enemy Tsareena owned by some Golfer which kept using Captivate almost every turn, even when my Special Attack would not go any lower.

I lowered it's damage once with Salamence on the first turn and once with King's Shield after switching in my sword. Then I switched back to Megamence and set up 5 Dragon Dances, while she kept using captivate against a physical Megamence.

I've gotten to 47 before with a team of Mega Mence, AV Buzzwole and Porygon Z. I'm on 40 again but I have serious doubts about Porygon Z's reliability and I feel like it's been letting me down a lot. Any advice on what I could patch it up with? I have a Mimikyu and Celesteela ready to go but I feel I already have too much physical power to justify Mimikyu and not enough experience stalling to use Celesteela.

You'd be incorrect. Unless you luck out with a solid core like Garchomp/Toxpaex, to which Decidnumale contributes nothing. Actually Incineroar might be usable with that since it handles psychic, ice and burns. But redditowl is useless.

Megamence as a lead partner with koko works very well. Intimidate makes sure koko can take a few extra hits vs physical attacks. You got wishiwashi to handle ice attacks. All that's left is something for those pesky electric/ground types....and koko can abuse grass knot.

Well, you most certainly need something to deal with Grass- and Electric-types. Tapu Koko can't do much to those types and Wishiwashi takes super effective damage from both. If you decide to follow this guy's >>31069348 advice, your last Pokemon could be something like Dhelmise.

This is a bad idea. Having Tapu Koko, Pelipper and Wishiwashi in the same team makes you incredibly weak to Electric. Meanwhile, having Pelipper, Wishiwashi and A-Exeggutor in the same team makes you super slow.
