If you keep the original jangmo-o there after being false swiped down, it keeps it really easy to tell which one has the razor claw.
I did almost the same thing for politoed except I used a damp stone drizzle pelliper to keep the rain going whenever it faded. Only problem there is that the politoeds that spawn have perish song and tend to use it as their first or second move, so you gotta paralyze them or sleep them quickly.
