The next ones I'm not so sure, but:

Musharna (From Dreamyard)

Elemental Monkey (Simisear in this case)

Thinking about it most of them are fire type, there aren't many good gift or interactable Pokemon in BW

If we asume Hilbert is the protag of Black, then he gets Reshiram. In such case Serperior and Simipour would be the best choices desu.

I think that there is at least some confirmation that he catched Victini and the "Forces of nature" as you can go to Liberty island and there isn't even an event for Victini, they also question as to who has Victini's power.

The genies or forces of nature don't even appear in the game unless you have that 3ds app
