Yeah I know >expecting anything from the regional rat, some pokemon are just not meant to be good, I know. But this is just awful. It's not even PU. It's something below that. It isn't even a gimmickmon. It has no gimmicks. It doesn't even have a tier.

Gumshoos because you can slap the shit out of anything that doesn't resist Normal with an Adaptability Return and anything that is immune or resists gets hit with Crunch and EQ.

And if you go with Strong Jaw you lose power on Return and get more returns on everything else.
