If something has serene grace for whatever fucking reason, there will be literally no counter for it beyond waiting for it to run out of PP.

Now, I'm admittedly not so great at exact numbers, but hopefully this would still make it not feel like this was just to tide a Delphox over until they learned flamethrower.

And maybe seem like a decent option for Mismagius being their only fire-attack option. (not that they exactly need it in my understanding)

Ice Burn, Freeze Shock, and Hyper Beam and its equivalents can be used one time after the Pokemon is sent out, but has to switch out before it can use it again. However it can still move the next turn.

Basically removing the charge/recharge turn, but in exchange, after use you have to switch to use it again. Kyurem-B finally has a physical Ice STAB.

Scald can now only be used by water-types. If a non-water type attempts to use it, either via having it or copying it or getting it via another move, it fails.
There, nerfed! No more Emboars or Castforms running amok, Scalding whatever they want! No Crabominable or Dragalge burning things that they shouldn't be, or Masquerain or Azurill having unnecessary moves!
Now it's perfectly balanced.
