Easy to evolve.
Early Skill-Swap in SM is definitely a plus, and if I wanted to get competetive, I could always re-breed to play the HA+Hyper Voice meta.
Also perfect for the Heal Ball, the blue trim making it versatile for if I happen to hatch a shiny.
Though... Magic Bounce Espeon probably has a better gimmick.
