Because it doesn't really have cotton stuffing, it's probably stuffed with dead grasses and leaves, since it was scavenged.

It's pretty meh honestly. Fluffy only works on contact moves and basically provides a weakness to Fire. People will see Cotton Guard a mile away and get a free switch in for special Fire type to threaten Bewear.

Reminder that it took Kecleon until ORAS to get Camoflauge. I'm convinced GF just totally forgets about a lot of pokemon and moves.

Rampardos doesn't get the rock head ability, despite its head being made of rock, and having head smash as a move.

Speaking of which, Nihilego gets head smash. Gigalith or Golem do not.

Pangoro, a bear, can get gunk shot via tutor.
Scrafty, a punk lizard, can't get gunk shot at all. It is instead stuck with poison jab if it wants to survive fairies.

Kartana doesn't learn steel wing but leavanny and drampa do. (smart strike has the same 70 bp anyways but still)

Leavanny is a mantis/cricket thing, and those both tend to have wings.
Drampa's "arms" are actually clawed wings. It even learns Fly naturally. Dragon/Flying would've made more sense on it than Normal/Dragon, but we already have a billion of those anyway so it's fine.

All they had to do was make a dropkick animation for Incineroar when he uses the move. That's it! Also, he doesn't learn body slam naturally either. The most basic of wrestling moves needs to be bred onto him.

It's a toss-up. Drampa does in fact have wings, so Roost is totally appropriate thematically, but being an old geezer does make Slack Off seem to fit.
Slack Off has such terrible distribution, though, and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Based on flavor I'd expect all sorts of things to learn it (cats, mostly, but also fucking Snorlax) but as it stands there's only four evo lines with access to it. Why can't Komala or Musharna Slack Off?
