So apparently to get a cosmog, I need to go back to the Altar of the Moone and go through the portal, but when i try to it says "There is a strange distortion in the air... but you don't seem to be able to traverse it now."
Anybody know why? All i need is Cosmog and Cosmoem to finish the dex.
