The second fastest way is by SOS chaining but this requires grinding BP for EV raising items.
The other way is to use Pelago which is slow as balls but AMAZING for bulk training. I've trained all legendaries, UBs and Silvally (17 Pokemon) from 0 to 508 in 2 days (and few hours). It only requires beans to upgrade Isle Evelup and to fasten the process.
