>>31135846Because Knock Off does more damage with the boost on enemies that are holding items while also removing items and fucking over pokemon that rely on them, and Sucker Punch gives Incineroar an option against faster opponents, which is most of them.
Also they both fit in with the Heel theme, especially Sucker Punch. There's literally no reason for it not to have at least that one.
