I got wonder traded a french Pheromosa so I'd have to agree in my experience.

Though japs have given me some nice breedjects like a moonball eevee, lure bagon, and HA gabite.

Japs probably thought it was hilarious that Kadabra has to wait a few levels before it can learn an offensive move now, so they started amassing Abra in Quick Balls to fuck with everyone who uses Wondertrade.

It is because of synchronize. You can get one of each nature of Abra and then when you battle wild Pokemon it is a 50% chance of having that nature. Makes getting the right nature legendaries and such much easier.

Since you can manually change IVs all you really need is a good nature. They're trading Abra (probably with Syncronize)
so you can easily catch Pokemon with a certain nature.

Also complaining about it is like complaining about going to a beehive and getting more stings than honey.
