Primarina is the only starter I've ever really seen as looking more effeminate than everyone else and that's because unlike Fire starters and Grass starters, Water starters have this exquisite behavior of always trying their best at looking either VERY particularly masculine or extremely feminine, almost as if they thought Water starters were to be assumed the "girl" pick and they tried their best to make masculine as fuck starters but when people got tired of that, they just did a extremely feminine starter as fuck and people complained anyway because Game Freak can't into doing something in-between regarding Water starters' designs.
