Hey guys, are you able to get Meme Sapphire working with the prepatched .cia file?

Do I have to patch the stock Alpha Sapphire rom? I tried converting the prepatched .cia but it's not working.

You have to get a DECRYPTED prepatched rom from somewhere unless you have a 3DS to decrypt with.

Thanks. The one in the /hbg/ pastebin http://pastebin.com/0VB0v7Hc says that it's a prepatched romfile though. It's not decrypted?

Is there a way to decrypt it on windows?
