What's a good build for Torkoal now that he has Drought? He's a shitmon I've always liked. Used him way back when I was younger in my Ruby run, and I've had a soft spot for him ever since. And Drought has been a nice boon to him.

Can breed one on ORAS so he can have Earth Power and Ability Capsule him after the transfer, if necessary.

But not sure how to build him now. Thats the worst part of when new gens come out, lack of info on good build ideas.
