2)Get a Destiny Knot though Pickup or 48 Battle Points. Grind at the Battle Royal for the latter.
3)SOS Chain a Ditto for 4 IVs at Mount Hokulani or try to get a 6IV one with Destiny Knots on the board if you are not against injections.
4)Get the Pokemon you want and slap an Everstone if you have the desired nature. Add the Destiny Knot on the parent without the desired Nature.
5) Collect eggs and hatch some.
6) Pick the best IV's and replace the original parent.
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have the IV spread you want.
That's about it. I'd recommend research a bit on Serebii and more to get a better understanding and fill in the balnks.
