I met her in person and she's actually really nice and friendly. I know that doesn't account for how she is during videos, but she's at least not half as bad as people say she is. But I did only talk to her for about 5 minutes so...
Her commentary is just a bit off when she's with other people. Everyone is like "lol jokes. lol memes. lol farts and butts" and she's like "ok play the game". Which isn't necessarily bad - I mean if someone didn't do that from time to time then we'd get nowhere in the game. But it is off-putting.
