What the fuck about that is god tier? It could certainly be executed well, but the premise by itself doesn't exactly leap off the page. What you've told me is you're a kid in [region] based off of [real world location], despite realistic climate of [real world location], [region] has other climates so it isn't all the same and you can catch other types. Also, there are two evil teams.

The only novel concept there is that you have a rival who steals your other rival's Pokemon. Though, Silver stole his Pokemon as well, and Gladion stole his, plus his signature Pokemon isn't a starter and has some actual significance behind it.

Dialga and Diamat may both be "Diamond dragons" but design wise they couldn't be further apart. Diamat is stocky and covered in crystals while Dialga is long necked and covered in metal plating and sharp blades. All you can really say is that they're both quadrupedal.
