I don't usually spoon feed but I just recently completed the UB quest also and was SF for the right natures and balltism so I will help you out.

Nihilego- Timid
Buzzwole- Adamant and Careful (you get two)
Pheromosa- Adamant & Jolly
Celestella- Depends on Your Build. I have sun so i just GTS mine and didnt really look into it.
Guzzlord- Quiet for TR assualt vest sets.
Xurkitree- Timid and Modest
Kaartana- Adamant for scarf, Impish for AV, and Jolly.
